One of the best ways to map intent-to-content is by creating personas.
A definition of persona is “a quasi-imaginary representation of your customer based on market research and real data about your existing customers. A persona includes demographics, behaviors, motivations, and goals”.
Ecommerce businesses, especially in the B2B space, need to go above and beyond and develop well-researched buyer personas to attract people in the early stages of the buying funnel. You will have to create and market content for every stage of the buying funnel.
