In this lesson, you’re going to learn how to order food in a restaurant and communicate naturally with waiters. This is something you will use constantly when traveling or living in a Spanish-speaking environment.
Some key expressions include:
Para mí… (For me…)
Yo quiero… (I want…)
Quería… (I would like…)
Or simply ordering directly: Un vaso de agua, por favor (A glass of water, please)
You’ll also learn how to sound more natural and polite depending on the situation, whether you are ordering quickly or being more formal and polite.
Make sure you stay until the end and practice the phrases in context.
