CORRECTION: The first graph drawn is a T-v graph, not a P-v graph.
An example problem on a closed system piston-cylinder device. This combines the use of the water tables and the first law closed system formula. This will show how to calculate work, as well as the heat that was put into the system and form the graph that comes about as a result of the process taken.
