Introverts can prove to be vital team members, but sometimes they can be difficult to identify. An introvert usually has these attributes:
- Loves ideas
- Likes to work alone or with a couple of people
- Is good in one on one situations
- Is seen as reserved or quiet
Introverts are also usually good at the following things:
- Coming up with new ideas
- Group decisions
- Long-term planning
- Listening
- Completing tasks with accuracy
- Doesn't give up easily
