In simple words:
Blue Ocean is a new User Interface for Jenkins and provides an interactive view for Jenkins Pipeline (and jobs)
How to get Blue Ocean
Ensure you have Jenkins 2.7 or above
and follow the steps:

Install Blue Ocean Plugin
Step 2
Switch to Blue Ocean View
