A 50 hour R language programming course, an introduction to data analysis using R, given during summer semester 2021 at the Humboldt University zu Berlin
The course is aimed at MSc and PhD level biology students that have not had any or just minimal experience with programming and I thought it would be useful for a broader audience.
It contains the following lectures and contains chapters:

Lecture 10 - Mixed Model analysis
Lecture 11 - Generalized linear models
